I can’t recommend Akash and PristineSteam highly enough. From the first phone call, Akash was professional, attentive, and genuinely listened to my needs and concerns regarding my work van. He offered honest advice rather than just pushing a service, which gave me real confidence in booking him.
Within just five hours of our morning call, he arrived at a time that worked perfectly for me and got straight to work. The equipment and products he used were clearly high-quality and professional-grade. The results were far better than I expected — the seats in my van look fantastic.
What really stood out was the extra level of care. As I needed the van the next day, Akash kindly allowed me to keep the dryer to ensure everything was fully dry and ready for use. It’s small touches like that which make a huge difference.
For someone who’s been in business for under two years, his professionalism and quality of work are outstanding — you’d think he’d been doing this for 5–10 years. I’ll definitely be using him again, next time for a house clean.
